Salam....for past 2 days (12/6-13/6), having a course @ Maybank Learning Ctr,Bangi (MLC)...mmg saje picked this course just to fulfill my KPI hehe but related gakle dgn keje...course title: Handling Customer Complaints... at first, i thought this course had been cancelled as we cannot attend any courses for this june..but last week,my 2nd boss asked me whether i want to go or not seems this course cannot be cancelled anymore...if ask me, of course i want to go..hahhhhaah esp when my course is still not enough for my KPI...so, that's why i di'lepas'kan...but bagus gak..dpt rest after suffering for few days b4 hahhah malas nak citer pasal time2 tensen tu..wat sakit ati je..apa2pun, syukur dpt pi course nih...mmg berbaloi! yg bestnya,leh kuar lambat..kul 8 bru kuar umah..bfast kat sana...balik awal hahahha
Apa2pun....this course was interesting & we had so much fun! x pernah pi course yg best mcm nih b4 nih...instructor best...coursemate best...activities best! i got 2 gifts....heheh apa2pun....as usual...pics lah apa lagi! hahah jgn x tau, kena wat sketsa...my team dpt no.2..not bad huh! ada bakat lakonan gak aku nih kan! hahha whateva it is, course nih best sgt2!! my cool team 5 org tu...from left: K.Emi,Aliff,Me,Ana & K.Zah...will miss all of u!
